Z101020-ZC is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) with capacitive touch panel, QVGA 800*1280. This TFT touch display is built-in GH8555BL LCD driver IC and ILI2511 touch controller. This a-Si TFT LCD China touch panel module come with MIPI and I2C interface. Multi-point touch.
