Z65001 is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display(LCD).This custom 6.5-inch TFT LCD module delivers a modern, slim design with high integration. Featuring an in-cell capacitive touch panel and JD9261T driver, it supports MIPI DSI for video and I2C for touch control. Its narrow bezel and rounded corners make it ideal for edge-to-edge and aesthetic-centric applications.

This 6.5 inch incell LCD screen compatible with MediaTek MT8167/MT8516,Raspberry Pi CM4,STM32MP157/MP1 series,Rockchip RK3568/RK3399,NXP i.MX 8M Mini/i.MX 7ULP platforms and other systesm.

This 6.5 inch TFT Display is perfect for media controller,photo viewers,scene controller,smart doorbell,digital assistant,medical terminals,Customer-facing terminals,smart home hubs,EV charging interface,Digital shelf signage,Health kiosks,Smart charging carts and other applications.
